“How we like to travel, these posts won’t be focusing on everything we did and saw. More so focusing on the little details, the food and the atmosphere. Stand outs from our three days in Milan were; Spending our afternoon on top of the famous Duomo with an amazing view over the city. Having lunch at Panino Giusto eating one of the best sandwiches I ever ate. Let’s not forget about the amazing pizza and icecream we had. “ Yours Truly
Home is where you Kapten is. Home is Milan. Well it’s actually my bf’s home. This June we went to this seething metropolis for the second time. This time the sun was shining, the temperature was higher, I knew his friends and I recognised the areas he brought me to. Knowing every time we go back to this place it will feel more and more as home, gives me such a warm feeling.
After three weeks exploring Thailand, my next holiday was planned to Italy. Three days Milan and three days Cinque Terre. Going through these images make me sad & really happy. I probably didn’t imagine how much of an impact Italy had made on me until I started to put together this imagery and think back on our time there.
There’s something quite magical about visiting a city for the first time. It’s that feeling you get when you walk along the streets you have never seen before, you only have seen in photos, and when you taste the food you could only dream of. A few weeks ago we went to Cinque Terre, after three days in Milan, and it was an incredible experience.
